This litter was a repeat mating of Fern's litter and equally as nice . We thought we had enough "Countries" to confuse people with so settled on Famous Showjumpers of the Past ( Chris' childhood to be exact) for their registered names. Prince Hal was Pat Smythe's famous horse and we kept a brother to Hal also who was named after O'Malley one of Harvey Smith's horses. Harvey ( original eh?) and Hal have certainly lived up to their namesakes , never known such agile pups! Must be careful in future when naming puppies! Both lads are very sweet natured with a hint of their father's dopeyness and a splash of their mother's independence ( plus a smidgeon of their grandmother's stubborness!). Harvey was kept as Hal had gone a little overshot as a puppy and harvey was perfect , then as they grew Hal corrected and Harvey went over! Hal has taken to the showring like an old hand. He is a lovely happy boy who just loves everyone. We live in hope that Harvey's mouth comes right but if not he won't be going anywhere.
