There was a festive feel to the ringside today with everyone handing out Christmas Cards and good cheer and the girls did us proud both winning a class each and some cash which always comes in handy especially at this time of year. Our judges today were both all rounders : Mrs. Fran Kaye ( Dnafrebek) officiating in the breed ring and Mr. Robin Searle ( Surlson) judging the Stakes classes. Thanks to both, a nice end to the year.
Jinny presented us with 9 beautiful puppies . She had 5 dogs and 4 bitches, unfortunately we lost a bitch at 2 days old. The remaining puppies are growing rapidly and, along with their mother, eating us out of house and home!

What a fabulous day , the weather was kind and despite a rather strange ring layout Flash and Fern both went well to win their classes and then flash went the extra mile to bring home the CC. We are so proud of them both and thank our judge top all rounder Mr. Derek Smith ( Clickam) for thinking so highly of them.
Good weather and stayed at a lovely Country Hotel where we were able to dine and rest our weary heads the night before the show. The classes for Badger ad Flash clashed so Badger came for the ride but Flash went well to take a good class which puts him out of Limit now. Our judge today was Breed specialist Mrs. Margaret Harkin ( Claudalla) who we have to thank for a lovely win.
Friendly show with good friends and dogs well placed made for an enjoyable day at our most local show. Many thanks to Pastoral judge Mrs. Celia Vines ( Parvodene) and Terrier judge Miss Kirsty Miller ( Feorlig) for their awards today.
Shona went well to take a 1st place under Breed Specialist and All Rounder Mr. Kevin Young ( Sunkap). Fern was entered but had to stay at home as she was in season so thanks to Shona for flying the flag.
Super show as always, the sun shone again and the atmosphere was " Garden Party". One of the best shows of the year, we enjoyed ourselves with friends and the dogs showed well to take some nice placings. Thanks to both breed specialist judges for your awards : Dave Anderton ( Ardensax) judging bitches and Frances Richards ( Elemark) judging dogs.
Our judge today was breed specialist Mr. Bob Cross ( Tarskavaig). Thanks to him for all our placings . Lovely day with good friends and the sun eventually shone so we could let Flash and Fern have a great run on the field at this lovely showground. The ice cream was a bonus and it was good to meet up with Casey and Shona again who both went well and did us proud.
The Windsor Showground is beautiful and the sun shone when we arrived however by the time we were in the ring the Heavens had opened . We had in/out tents so were able to move the dogs in a large space to show off their movement which was good if a little damp! They all went well and did us proud. Thanks again to Dave and Fran for the care they lavish on Casey and Shona. Particularly pleased today as the entry was large and there was much quality in the classes. Thanks to our breed specialist judge Alan Hood ( Bryonhill) for these awards.

Always a popular show with exhibitors attending from all parts of the Country. There was only Scarlett in her Breed class so we were pleased she had some competition in the Puppy Group. Fern was pulled out for a second look in the Group , Flash won £10 and the weather was perfect. To round it off we met up with some good friends so we went home happy! Our judges today were all rounders Christina Chapman ( Bukris) judging the Breed and Paul Wilkinson judging the Groups. Many thanks to them for their awards .
Nice show spent with friendly people. The girls performed well although Hettie was not in the mood for showing. Not really happy with the venue. Our thanks to judges Mrs. P. Wilson for breed and Mr. R. Brandon for Stakes.
Beautiful weather for the trip up to Scotland. Lovely meal out and comfortable B&B made for a good weekend. Flash and Fern enjoyed their trip away and did us proud in the ring. Our judge was all rounder and TT specialist Mr. Mark James ( Waterley).
What a super way to finish the weekend! Nice show , well run as usual and we were so proud of Flash ,long day and he never stopped showing, bless him. Many thanks to one of our top all rounders Mr. Jeff Horswell ( Drakesleat) for his awards today.

Flash needed 1 point for his ShCM so thank you to our judges Marina Scott for BOB, Gary Clarke ( Claygar) for G1 and Richard Allen (Penparc) for BIS which secured his award and then some! What a super day. Flash, Badger and 3 other memebers of our Traing Club all in the challenge for BIS. How proud were we! Thank you to everyone for your kind words and support. North Wales dog showers are the best!
While Chris was off judging the Skye Terrier Open Show in Birmingham Tony flew solo in Wales and did us proud. What a great result! Many thanks to our judge all rounder Mrs. Britt - Marie Young ( Farouche) for a fabulous day.
Always helps when the show is only half an hour away . Really pleased with Flash and Scarlett who enjoyed their day and were placed well. Our judge today was all rounder Mr. Keith Baldwin ( Nightstorm). Many thanks to him for appreciating our dogs.
Not our finest hour but we were pleased with how the girls performed. Couldn't ask more from them. They can only do their best bless 'em! Had a lovely day, the atmosphere was friendly and we spent the day in good company. Our judge today was Mary Pepper ( Megamaree).
Thank you to our judge Mrs. A. Stanley ( Vonarkle) who thought Scarlett was a show off!
Scarlett enjoyed her day out with Flash and didn't put a paw wrong all day. Our judges were Mrs. K. Fletcher ( breed) and Mr. A. Norcross ( Paynnor).

Crufts was it's usual hectic day on Beardie day; sorry to anyone coming to see us as we always feel we don't have enough time to give . Delighted with the lads , they performed as well as they could . Flash was pulled out for a second look but went no further so Harry was the star of the day. Delighted with Badger as he went so well but could only manage 4 out of 4. We still think he is the Best! Our Beardie judge was Lesley Thomlinson ( Coalacre) and Skye judge Jenny Miller ( Feorlig).

Lovely atmosphere at this well run show which was well supported for our judge Mrs. Carole Canty ( Bargemon) who placed our dogs well. We were delighted with the way Scarlett coped with the long journey, overnight stay and the show itself which she took all in her stride. A little trouper!
After Fern won the Welsh Top Puppy competition in Nov. 2013 we never thought she could do the double but do it she did! The competition was fierce and we had 2 top International judges : Andrew Brace ( Tragband) and Lee Cox ( Vanitonia) so to say we were over the moon doesn't come close. Thank you so much to our judges and to Martin Sanders and his team from the South Wales KA who run this annual event so well and so professionally.

Midshires is always a lovely show and today was no exeption. The Committee provide presents for all the winners and placed dogs so we came home with an armful! Delighted with Scarlett attending her first show who handled the whole day so well and really enjoyed her romp around the ring with the other competitors!
Many thanks to our judge Mrs. Margaret Botham ( Balidorn) for our awards.
